Miriam joined Corporate Resolutions in 2022. Prior to joining CRI, Miriam worked as an appraisal writer for Tiger Valuation Services where she researched, wrote, and edited inventory appraisals used for asset-based lending. Previously, Miriam worked as a freelance writer and editor, specializing in content creation for corporate clients, and as a reporter for online financial news publication the DI Wire.

Miriam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Emmanuel College and a Master of Arts degree in Literature and Publishing from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

In her free time, Miriam enjoys crafting, baking, exploring New York City, and spending time with her friends and family.
