Heather joined CRI in 2026. Prior to CRI, Heather held various roles with government and private organizations, most recently serving as an International Affairs Specialist, Cyber Team, for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. 

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Fordham University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Baruch College’s Marxe School of Public and International Affairs.

In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling, exploring Central Park, and singing in a local choir and at karaoke nights any chance she gets.
