Ken Springer, former FBI agent and founder of due diligence firm Corporate Resolutions, discusses the latest in the Platinum Partners corruption case. Murray Huberfeld, an advisor to the hedge fund, was accused of bribing the New York Corrections Officers Union for an investment. Springer talks about Huberfeld’s ties to felons and the warning signs investors could have caught ahead of time if they had performed thorough due diligence.
