Cyber Risk Intelligence (CRI)
Corporate Resolutions Inc. and iThreat Cyber Group (iThreat) are excited to announce the launch of their newly developed Cyber Risk Intelligence (CRI) report. Through their partnership, Corporate Resolutions and iThreat have designed a cyber due diligence product that assesses the cyber profile of a company and its key executives through the use of discreet proprietary cyber tools that uncover exposure to cyber risks. The CRI report focuses on the subject’s infrastructure cyber neighborhood and identifies any virtual neighbors that present vulnerabilities or risks, and provides critical cyber threat intelligence including whether the subject is a target of hackers or other cyber criminals. Without the exorbitant costs typically associated with technology audits, CRI alerts you to otherwise unknown risks and may uncover if a company has already been compromised.
As both private and public companies are increasingly required to stay on top of regulatory compliance issues, CRI offers an Ethics Hotline which gives officers, directors, investors and board members a set of eyes on the inside of a company. The hotline is a tool for employees, vendors and others to anonymously report any malfeasance. Once the information is reported to the hotline, we vet the statements for accuracy and report to the client on any issues that appear to warrant further investigation. This allows companies to address and resolve problems before the calls escalate to the SEC, the FBI or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission … which can be unpredictably expensive and damaging to your company’s reputation.
The hotline operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and has multilingual capabilities.
It is important that companies with international operations evaluate their vulnerability to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). We help corporations in understanding the risks associated with conducting business overseas and provide on-site and web-based FCPA compliance training. In addition to risk assessment and training, we also prepare executives on how to appropriately respond to situations that require investigation.
Security can become a concern not only from the physical exterior of the building but also from the inside. When security has been breached or you believe the privacy of your internal office space has been compromised, our network of technical experts can conduct counter-measure sweeps in both the U.S. and abroad to identify indications of electronic intrusion.
CRI has a network of executive protection specialists that conduct threat assessments to ensure your executive is safe no matter where they travel.
CRI conducts monitoring of companies for government agencies to ensure the entities are in compliance with state and federal regulations. We also provide monitoring for private organizations that require assistance in complying with relevant laws and regulations and to deter, prevent and uncover unethical and illegal conduct. We develop a code of ethics, an integrity audit plan and business ethics training for the employees of the company, which includes implementing our Ethics Hotline.
