Corporate Resolutions was founded in 1991 by Kenneth S. Springer, a former FBI Special Agent. Over the past 15 years Corporate Resolutions has established itself as a leading provider of background and corporate investigation services to the private equity, alternative investment and merchant banking communities. We have grown from a small office in New York to a global investigations firm with offices in Boston and London and a worldwide network of vetted investigators.
