Corporate Resolutions was founded in 1991 by Kenneth S. Springer, a former FBI Special Agent. Over the past 18 years Corporate Resolutions has established itself as a leading provider of background and corporate investigation services to law firms, corporations, and the private equity, alternative investment, and merchant banking communities. We have grown from a small office in New York to a global investigations firm with offices in Boston, Miami, London, and Hong Kong, plus a worldwide network of vetted investigators.
