Robert J. Kobel

Bob Kobel is an Advisory Board member of Corporate Resolutions Inc. Bob previously served as President, Chief Operating Officer at Atalanta/Sosnoff Capital Corp. Once the company became listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Bob served on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to his role with Atalanta/Sosnoff, Bob spent ten years with Sanford C. Bernstein as a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager and also previously worked for Rotan Mosle, Inc., in the Investment Strategy Group. Bob has been quoted extensively in numerous financial publications and was also a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Bob is active in his community and over the years has been involved with the YWCA of Bergen County; Immaculate Heart Academy; Villanova University; and a member of the Board of Directors of the Ridgewood Country Club in New Jersey. Bob received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mark Read

Mark Read is an Advisory Board Member of Corporate Resolutions Inc. Mark is the founder of Read International Consultants, a security consulting firm based in Latin America. For over 30 years Mark has conducted business intelligence operations in Europe, South East Asia and Latin America, providing investigative and security services, such as the implementation of security systems and procedures for corporations and their executives, including the prevention of and the response to extortion and kidnap situations; as well as intelligence gathering for fraud, espionage and other instances of corporate malfeasance. Mark is a former US Marine and speaks Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Harry Wood

Harry Wood is an Advisory Board Member of Corporate Resolutions Inc. Harry has been a business consultant for the past twenty years, providing expertise in financial and operational risk management and business development. Harry has worked with insurance companies, international lending institutions and technology firms. Prior to his role as consultant, Harry had founded and served as the CEO of The Harcourt Group, a financial advisory firm that worked across the globe. Harry previously worked for JHF Associates and was also a founding partner of Wood Butkow Kemp & Partners Ltd. (WBK) in London, which worked primarily for Lloyd’s Underwriters and other insurers in conducting fraud investigations and loss adjustments.
